Seriously.
While the holobois a break between season. (and their writers are on strike) they decided to cut together some of their favorite archive segments. Sit back and relax and enjoy some crazy fun on ...THE HOLODECK!
Hosted by Marc Cooper, Darius Hamilton-Smith, Dylan Hamilton-Smith and Jan Lefrancois
It's Lobe-tastic!
In their season 5 finale, the holobois minus Dylan watch one of the greatest episodes of Ferengi lore ever conceived. What starts as a ragtag group of scrappy Ferengi planning to thieve moogie Ishka back from the Dominion turns into a hostage negotiation with Iggy Pop's Vorta.
MORE BORG!!!
THE BORG ARE BACK AGAIN! Only this time is earlier in the timeline than last episode. SOOOO the Borg are back... FROM THE FUTURE! That being said there is no time travel in this episode. It's all about early Seven learning to be human. Neelix teaches her to eat! There are weird wet blanket aliens. Jan went to a wedding! This week on... THE HOLODECK!
All 4 holobois are back!!!
The 4 holobois reunite this week to take on a two-parter always meant to be one! The Borg are back and boy oh boy does Janeway have a plan. Voyager needs a Transwarp coil and they plan on stealing it! That's right, this is a heist job with a twist: Seven of Nine is caught between her new collective on Voyager and her old mom's collective among the Borg.
Finally, a Kzinti Crew Member!
Marc and Jan delete Darius and Dylan to make way for the pod's favorite Irishman, Mr. Seán Ferrick! The Enterprise-D rolls up on a mysterious probe and, as usual, it spells trouble for Picard: he's got a son?? And Season 1 sub-boss Daimon Bok wants to hold him ransom?
It's a Nail-Biter!
It’s the Championship of our Par’March Madness Tournament! The holobois have rewatched the the final two episodes and are now going to recap and re-rate them with input from the listeners! Jan is gone this week after his entire bracket was demolished in the Final Four, but his scores live on from the past. As always, you never know what’s gonna happen!
How are they going to break a tie?!
It's getting hotter and hotter for Par'March Madness! The holobois get into some conflict as the decisions get more and more personal. Is Jan sabotaging all the Deep Space episodes out of spite? Does Dylan's love of "Take Me Out to the Holosuite" overcome all barriers? Will the reign of "Nothing Human" ever end? Find out as we TREK to the HOLODECK!
Is Marc being bought by DS9?!
Par'March Madness continues this week! We are into the Sweet Sixteen round. The holobois had some tough decisions. A few had to be decided by your votes! Who is moving on to the Elite Eight?! Does it sound like they are recording in person again!? Are there too many awkward pauses? All this and more on this weeks TREEEEEEEEK...TO THE HOLODECK!
WE RECORDED IN PERSON!
It's the event years in the making: a showdown between the top 32-ranked episodes the holobois have rated so far! We knew our first round would be a tough task, so TrekCulture's very own Seán Ferrick was gracious enough to join and break all our ties as we rated episodes head-to-head!
How much does Nick Sagan make from the Sagan Estate?
Dylan went missing this episode! Seven is in a bunch of time travel! Did YOU catch the holodeck scene?! Carl Sagan's son is a writer! Does Janeway fuck with the timeline too much? All this and more this week on... THE HOLODECK!
Hosted by Marc Cooper, Darius Hamilton-Smith, Dylan Hamilton-Smith and Jan Lefrancois
